Does anyone else pretend that the rooms in Ikea are their home or is it just me?

It's like the adult version of playing house. It's just me isn't it?

I don't actually do anything btw. I just sit there and imagine that it's my home, especially the tiny houses.

Yep I do this too 😂

I do it too, they are always styled so nice. I have no eye for decor at all.

My toddler makes herself extremely at home.

But I know what you mean, they've got really elaborate the last few years and a quiet day in IKEA has ample daydreaming opportunity.

Their "small rooms" are often bigger than my rooms which makes me laugh!

I do this with the kitchens and the bathrooms, absolutely hate my kitchen and bathroom so going to IKEA is always a fun day out. My local IKEA has a living room display set up and decorated like some sort of BDSM dungeon, never see anyone in there as I imagine people would make assumptions if they used that as inspiration
