I'm trying to work out if it would be an electricity gobbling monster. I don't have central heating but I live in a new build HA 1 bed apartment that is well insulated. The panel heaters that are fitted are dreadful and barely heat the room after 2 hours set on 26 degrees. I've borrowed a Dyson fan and it heats the room in about 30 minutes. I think I'd need to run it for about 3 or 4 hours a day. I don't have access to a smart meter (it's on a plant room and need a staff member to open it if I want to take a meter reading) . From reviews and reports online I can't work out if it will be very expensive. Does anyone have one?
