Oh god watched it this am and it’s made me feel really depressed !!

Harry Styles poor acting is enough to make anyone feel depressed.

I watched 10 minutes sadly Harry was very poor so I gave up.

He was so bad I lasted about 2 minutes!

Christopher Nolan has a lot to answer for!

No and tbh I’m a bit fed up of Harry styles dominating films at the moment. He’s not an actor, he’s a have-a-go singer, and this assumption he can also seamlessly transform into an A lost movie star is just arrogant.

Disagree thought the film was poignant and all actors very good including Harry

DD suggested watching it last night as she's a Harry Styles fan (she's seen it once already)
I thought his acting was pretty awful but the story was very sad for all the characters. And I wondered why they stayed in an obviously unhappy marriage for 40 ish years.

I enjoyed bits of it, but Harry Styles was pretty bad and all the characters were just so unlikeable. It felt really contrived that she stayed in the marriage until the flash back period.

I think the movie generally was poor. The jumping from present day to past wasn't very well done and led to confusion at the start. It was also very slow to get going. Can't say HS was particularly bad though, his sex scenes were spot on

Yes, I didn't think HS acting was that bad but the characters were depressing so didn't enjoy the whole thing.

If they had allowed HS to speak in his normal voice I think it would have been better - there was so much effort going into the accent. Very distracting. Gina McGee sounded much as she always does 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's a bit depressing.
