I’m newly pregnant. I gained a lot of weight with ds (now nearly 2) and am keen not to do this again.
The gym is a good twenty minutes away from home, and ds is an early waker. He goes to bed at 730 so it isn’t impossible for me to squeeze in an hour before bed but it’s difficult.
Ive tried going during the day and using the gym crèche but ds gets hysterical 
Does anyone manage this? I do a class once a week - feels like I should be trying to do a bit more.
