I’ve been having strong pains all day in my uterus and ovaries, gradually getting worse. Both sides low down and my uterus feels very heavy like a pulled muscle. I’m CD12 and had a short 2 day period, the first day was very heavy, second day was spotting. I have long irregular cycles and generally ovulate on CD19-25. I have considered I could be pregnant, but how would that work with the dates and the bleed? I’m concerned it’s ectopic if so. I don’t want to make a big deal out of it by speaking to 111 so I’m hoping someone on here may have a better idea of what’s causing this?
I’ve been very tired with a headache spreading to my eyes that paracetamol hasn’t touched. Any advice would be welcome
