Evri did not collect my parcel from parcel shop 4days, but it not in the shop

Have any one met this? I dropped my parcel on Tuesday evening, and I found the tracking detail show it still in the shop not collected two days after, but I checked with the member in the shop that the driver came every day and collected all parcels, nothing left there. I have contact the customer service this morning that they said let me check tomorrow. I have checked 3:45pm, there are nothing changed, so I try to call their rubbish service again, but from the call that said just open the enquirer even not contact to human to answer the call. I have no idea where is the parcel, only guess the driver forget to scan it. I wander it still will delivery to the address or it will lost?

Oh evri they are utterly useless. I dropped 2 parcels off got notification that one had been received nothing for the other phoned retailer gave them number on receipt that shop gave me and they said its on its way back to us when received we will refund you so hoping they do actually receive it eventually. Paid next day delivery it arrived a week later, still waiting for other parcels. What happened to hermes? Are they the same company new name? They were shit as well but nothing compared to this.
