Best veggie Chilli

Any good recipes for the best veg chilli ? I normally make a meat one but have veg friends coming .

I had a spicy bean chilli from simply cook last week which was delicious.

That does look very good, please can I ask have you made it ? if so did you sub maple syrup as I wouldn't want to buy that just for that recipe, perhaps honey could sub...TIA

Yes I've made it a few times and it is great - I've always used maple syrup though. Brown sugar might work if you have any?

I think there is an omission though - no soured cream ! I love soured cream and cheese on my chilli
