Our PTA used to use doodle to help plan events eg for a school disco putting different food items into top and letting people "sign up" to bring certain things. Doodle's functionality used to allow this ie instead of times, you would just use "custom" and put in the items.
I've had a look and it no longer seems possible to do this. It is just about meeting planning.
Does anyone use anything which would enable us to do this? So create in effect a spreadsheet where the only write functionality for everyone is to put their name in and tick a column, not alter anything else on the spreadsheet? (I don't think google sheets allows this).
Would any sort of project planning software do this (free, as it is the PTA organising)?
