Is Wowcher reliable?

If I buy someone (who likes spas!) a spa treatment on Wowcher will they get what they would have got if it had been full price? Will staff roll their eyes and make it difficult to book a time?

I've never used a discount voucher company for something like this before and thought I'd ask your experiences before doing it.

I've never had a problem with them and have used them a lot.
