I wish I had any…

He’s considering whether there’s a Lego set he’d like. DM is getting him a cricket top. And there are a couple of books he’s after.

DH and I are discussing making a cricket net we plan to put up a joint present for DSs as there’s nothing either of them are after!

It's such a difficult age. Ds had his birthday a month ago. That was hard enough!

He enjoyed Splatoon 3 for the switch
An overwatch Lego set
Gaming headphones

Can't think what else he got. Oh, some posca pens, but they're £££!

God only knows what we're going to do for Christmas.

I'm going to follow this thread. I have a 10 yr old DS and the only thing he has asked for is an oodie as he likes his sister's. He's not sporty, has books that he's not read, doesn't need clothes, loves history but has lots of history things already

Main present is a more grown up scooter and a Switch game. For his birthday, just gone, another Switch game, Pokemon cards, clothes for tennis. Also books and board games.

Not just from us - new ninjago lego sets (still obsessed by it). Does make his own animations though (bought him an animation camera that links to the chromebook last year).

Not a sporty kid, likes Minecraft but not into full on gaming yet.

He is quite creative, for his birthday something that went down well was a wooden drawing case - you use it to hold a4 paper on to rest on it to draw, has an adjustable angle, and can put pens and paper inside to store. Got fed up of him leaning on a magazine to draw and complaining!

My ds is 11 and I agree it’s a difficult age last Christmas & this Christmas he’s requested Lego. This past year he’s become interested in collecting funko pops so I’ve got him some of those.
Loves uno so have got him the flip version.
Last Christmas I got him a new gaming headset.

A new switch, some socks, chocolates, and a new book is some sort. Possibly a new fleece onesie as well, as he keeps growing.

Mine is gaming mad so main gift will either be a new gaming chair or some wireless earphones. He’s also asked for a stunt scooter. I’ve found some really nice minecraft and Pokémon prints on Etsy so going to get some of those too.

I’ve bought my son a Raspberry Pi which is some sort of coding keyboard computer thing which he can do all sorts of things with like building robots, making websites all sorts. He’s really into computers and has lots of gaming things already so wanted to stretch his brain with that side of things.

Shes also asked for a stunt scooter (she has a normal, non-stunt one so not sure about this)
Her music teacher has suggested some equipment, so IL's will probably get that.
she needs stuff for a hobby, so will get that.
Else she wants an iPad game
She'll get some books and a new dressing gown as her current one is age 7!!

Main presents will be Lego technic and a new cricket bat. He loves cricket so a new, better, bat will be great. They’re surprisingly more expensive than you might think.

@handbagsandholidays great call…his uncle gave it to him for his birthday…if you have any others like it you’d recommend I’d be all ears!
