The radiation bar decreases as you get closer to hitting your daily goal.

Yes, nothing to do with radiation. The watch face is from fallout and is based on the mini wrist computers they have, the games themselves are set after a nuclear bomb drops and you’re in the wasteland hence the radiation bar (turned daily goal tracker).
