What air fryer for single adult?

My mum has said she would like an air fryer for Christmas. She lives alone and doesn’t like using the oven to cook her meal for one every night. She said she would like one with a pre-heat option and two separate trays so she can cook different food simultaneously. I have looked online and they seem to cost around £50 or over £180 - not much in middle which would be my approx budget. Can anyone recommend an air fryer that sounds like it would fit the bill please? It’s all new to me - I hadn’t even heard of them before she mentioned it!

I have a Ninja, as do many of my workout friends. They are not the cheapest brand but I like the brand. Good and reliable with great customer service.

I have a Corsair one which is great.

I too have a ninja two draw which is perfect. You don’t need it to be able to preheat function as it heats up so quickly anyway.
