Thanks guys. It’s really weird - can get to screen where the profiles are, but can’t enter and can’t even move to other profiles.

No. Wondering if it’s at this end, as sky isn’t letting me download anything. Yet tv says is connected to the internet.

This happens when the password has been changed.

Yes mine wasn't letting me on too! I gave up and watching prime!

Ours has been getting progressively worse lately to access with a code saying fault with the network or just won't play once film selected, then it's fine at other times.

I had trouble too! Went to Prime for a movie and it seems to have sorted itself now.
