App or something to make little films

We have an iPad. Can anyone suggest an app or something a 10 year could use to edit videos to make short films?

We're not a very tech-savvy household so something simple and easy to use would be great. Thank you!

Also, if you have loads of footage it is worth looking at https://www.fiverr.com/s2/595f59bc1a for a good editing film. I have tried and have all my pics and videos in one film.

Later iPads should come with iMovie included, if not it should be available from the App Store.
I have not used the iPad version but on the Mac version you can setup a fun standard to your films, create a 'trailer' type short film using a readymade storyboard, all in a point and click environment.
