House temps huge difference

We installed hive digital TRVs recently to better manage the heating of our house as we're home all day both working and don't need to heat the whole space the whole time.

We're in a 150 year old stone built house on a hill that is pretty hard hit by wind and had not been lived much until we moved in just over a year ago.

In the bedroom we have fully renovated including insulation on all walls and in the floor it is 20 degrees without the heating having kicked in.

Our coldest room is a very badly built conservatory in the back of the house which is currently 13 degrees!

I think that's a wild difference and is just driving home that our money is better spent fixing up our house than on anything else right now!

Anyone else find this stuff fascinating? What insights has your tech given you? Any nifty ways to use hive data that I don't know about yet?

We did the same with Hive TRV's a couple of months ago. Have had a Hive thermostat for several years but I'm now fascinated by the different temperatures in rooms. Can completely understand your conservatory being so different to a newly refurbished room. I'm also hooked on the chart function or the main thermostat and seeing the wiggly line over 24 hours. In mid ish October without heating the house was an almost consistent 18 degrees (180 year old mid terrace) now it's a wiggly line going up and down when the heating kicks in.
