Prolapse pessaries which is best? Minge Board appointment.

Age 40 and 38 I had two big babies
Am now 54

Untreated abdominal separation at birth resulted in making me still look 6 months pregnant ad Infinitum, and now a vaginal prolapse that’s worsened significantly in the last few years due to heavy lifting in my job and hobbies.

Finally had an appointment with the Minge Board today and asked to consider a pessary, as surgery will not repair permanently. Won’t have surgery anyway, terrified of hospitals.

Stopped using tampons years ago as they were always being pushed out a little by the prolapse, so I’m pretty nervous of inserting a foam pessary ring.

Options shown included a lifebouy style spongy ring, or a round plastic plate with a small spout or without.

Is anyone happy to share their experience to help me make a decision?

I’ve also noticed I need to pee dozens of times a day and wondered if this is down to the prolapse worsening. I’m not incontinent, just have to pee at least 10 times an hour ! There were 3 professionals in the appointment with me I was feeling awkward so wasn’t listening fully.

Im still having shark weeks too so am worried about possible infections from pessaries.
