I use two different swimming pools. Go swimming 4 times a week with my son. When he's at nursery we use the one near there. On the weekend we use one near my mum when I visit her. The couple of times I've used the one near nursery, my skin has itched, the skin in between my toes has gone all flaky and sore, my eyes have been really itchy. Left swimming for a week and it healed up (thought I had athletes foot but asked my dad who is a GP and he said looks more like a dermatitis). Went back to the one near my mum, all fine. Went back to the one near nursery and the same thing again. Do some swimming pools use different or harsher chemicals? Not sure why I'm suddenly having this reaction. I wash and dry myself properly afterwards. Really annoying as we love swimming and there's nowhere else near us. Anything I can do to prevent?
