Ragged School Museum London - is it open?

I just wondered if anyone knew if it is open? Their social media has been inactive on all channels for ages, I have messaged them and they are not replying. We are in London tomorrow and I really wanted to visit but don't want to waste time on tube journeys etc. if it is going to be closed when we get there. Thanks!

Just googled and checked. They got a grant and are now undergoing a major refurbishment, so closed til whenever that is complete.

Thanks, I googled it too as a first port of call, but it wasn't clear to me when the refurbishment actually started and whether it has ended yet.

"The Ragged School Museum received funding from the National Lottery heritage fund and is currently undergoing refurbishment, but plans to reopen its doors to the public in late spring 2022."

So I just wondered if anyone on here was local and knew if it was open now.

I have checked again. It is definitely showing today as "temporarily closed". This is the bit when you google any business etc where it usually says "open again..(i.e) Friday.." and gives opening hours but no reopening shown. Elsewhere on their website it says, about the refurbishment, that they are planning to reopen in stages "in the autumn", so not yet, it seems - probably taking longer than expected like most building projects
