Does anyone buy a magnesium, B6 and zinc supplement all in one?

Could you recommend what you buy? I'd prefer magnesium glycinate or citrate.

Did you have any luck with this?

@butterfly2000

I bought some in the end from Nu u nutrition. They're big tablets though but magnesium always is!

@bookmarket They are ridiculously large but I've got no choice! Thanks for replying 😊 How are you getting on with ttc?

@Butterfly2000 I don't take them for that. I'm 17 years past that stage 😊 Although when struggling to conceive DC2 after 2 miscarriages, I did take high dosage B6 - I think 100mg, plus a few other things I now can't remember, and I got pregnant with DD2.

@bookmarket So sorry! 🙈 I had thought this was on the conception thread! I'm.already have magnesium in my pre natal. Will grab the extra B6 though as I've read it helps with hormonal balance generally
Sorry again! x

@Butterfly2000 Don't worry about it.

Good luck with TTC. My hormones were messed up and the B6 helped lengthen my luteal phase.
