I’m currently on week 2 of 3 on Nupo and have been fine on it up until today where I am STRUGGLING!
I’m having 4 milkshakes and two soups/meals and have been fine up until today where I just want somthing that isn’t out of a fucking blender bottle 😂
is there anything I can have to replace one or two shakes/meals without fucking up the work I’ve done already
(I know not everyone approves of them but I don’t need to hear that! 😁)
