Side effects of Prozac/Fluoexetine

I've been on this medication for about four weeks now and I'm getting some weird side effects. Upset stomach (sometimes as much as twice a day) vivid dreams, really dry mouth during the night and now starting last night I feel like I have a small spider or bug crawling on my scalp.

Does anyone else get any of these side effects? I've took Prozac about 20 years ago and I never encountered these symptoms although I did encounter extreme nausea at the smell of certain foods that I'd never had issue with before starting the medication.

I had some side effects when i first started them.
They mostly go after a while. I have no side effects now and I feel perfectly alright.

I was going to write a post myself asking about the effects of fluoxetine. I've just started them this week I am a little headachey but my main problem is I can't stop peeing, headaches and constipated. Hoping side effects will go with time.

Are you taking it with food? If not that might help the stomach issues.
DD's consultant mentioned itchiness as a side effect.

I would give it the full six weeks and see how you feel then. The side effects for me (dry mouth/vaginal dryness, teeth grinding, no libido) were acceptable compared to how mentally low I was all the time.

Yes I had lots of uncomfortable side effects - insomnia, dry mouth, stomach upset, nausea & lack of appetite, teeth grinding, restless legs at night.

I powered through and it got better. The teeth grinding never fully went away but the other symptoms mostly did, after around 8 weeks.
