Help me fix my skin!

I am 35. I have horrible zits on my chin and a very wrinkly forehead that makes me look permanently angry. My nose is always greasy whereas the rest of my skin seems dry, but it is always red and inflamed with large pores and frequent spots.

I've decided to try and fix it rather than just concealing it and want to work out a good skin care routine. However every single face wash I've ever used has made the spots worse, none of them have ever improved my skin. Any rich moisturiser I use just gives me milia!

Does anyone have any recommendations for skin care that isn't extortionate?? I feel so down about myself and am getting desperate!

Have you been to your GP or a dermatologist? My DD has suffered badly with teenage acne which settled after antibiotic treatment. She then had a mirena fitted and that triggered it again - the antibiotics didn't work so she started on a drug called spironolactone specifically for progesterone linked acne and that has worked wonders. It's worth trying the GP as it sounds like you tried all the over the counter methods...... good luck

Cut out dairy. Game changing for my skin (and IBS!) and so easy these days.

I use skin for me. You send them pictures of your face, your concerns.

I wash my face and moisturise in the morning. Wash my face and use the cream they give me made up from my needs and moisturise.

you do regularly checks to see how it’s working and if you’re not happy they’ll change the formula.

As they are qualified demonologist they can prescribe medical grade retinol etc

I have a code which lets you try the first one for £3.50

I've recommend this before when people have posted about anti ageing , but they also help with acne as well.
The only skin care that will help is a skin care prescription. Have a look at Dermatica , they send you out the cream monthly . They do an online consultation , lots of questions and you take photo s of your face.
It does cost £20 a month , but because I use it they give you refer a friend which give you the first month for £2.90 and your 2nd month with 20% off . That would give you time to see if it helps you. Here is the code.

For disclosure , it gives me £5 off my order.
