I watched it on netflix a few years ago it was a movie where the main character (a man) was sent in to be a carer for a teenage boy with a condition that left him in a wheelchair and he only ate waffles or something. They went on a road trip to see the grand canyon. There was a song at some point, singing about someone called simone, or it was a band called simone? I dont remember it or the lyrics sadly. it was really relaxing song that I enjoyed listening to and Im trying to find it
