I know absolutely nothing about it but I've got credit to use at our theatre and this is the only thing available before they expire.

Obviously it depends on the teenager but would you average lovely half the time/arse hole half the time, into monutain biking and xbox get any enjoyment from it?

Not if he has to watch it with an adult / parent - sex scenes, cross dressing etc. I'd have been mortified as a teenage girl 😂

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 15/11/2022 17:45

I went with some male friends when I was about that age. They appeared to enjoy it.

MammaWeasel · 15/11/2022 17:45

I really wouldn't have thought so

Zrt · 15/11/2022 17:45

He'll love it

TheLightSideOfTheMoon · 15/11/2022 17:46

I should add that they’ve all come out since then.

Brilliant! Is it evil of me to book it just to see the look on his face 😆

I'd have been mortified watching it with my parents at that age 🤣

MintJulia · 15/11/2022 17:48

I guess it depends on the 14yo. Mine would be cross-eyed with embarrassment and would probably bury his head in a paperback. 😀

Threadkillacilla · 15/11/2022 17:50

Ha! He won't enjoy it but you may enjoy the squirming as payback for his arsehole episodes Grin

RulesofLiveTV · 15/11/2022 17:50

I went to see it on a school trip when I was 13/14. I was Shock. I enjoyed the music, but don't think I'd have liked to see it with my dad

Numbat2022 · 15/11/2022 17:50

Probably not with his parents, unless he's very into musical theatre! I wouldn't OP, it's brilliant fun but he might just expire from embarrassment 😂

There must be clips on YouTube, have a look and see what you think.

Danikm151 · 15/11/2022 17:51

Get him to watch the film then he will know what to expect
stage show has audience participation and is a right laugh

Forestflies1972 · 15/11/2022 17:52

Thanks everyone. I'll treat some friends instead and leave DH and DS at home!

I doubt it and I think that you'll both be sitting there squirming with embarrassment.
