Selling on vinted...postage questions

Can anyone advise me on selling on vinted please? I've bought lots and have good reviews but I need to sell to fund the buying

so I upload a pic and then set postage using the guide on vinted? I am planning on just using Evri as there is a parcel shop very close to my house but I've never used it before.

So when a person buys my item they choose the postage and then do I print off the label, attach it to the parcel then drop it off? Is that how simple it is?. How does the tracking work do I need to scan anything on my phone?

Also is it worth trying to sell things eg kids tops and trousers for £1 is it worth the effort? I've always given things to charity or sold more niche brands eg frugi max Duns villervalla on FB but I'm thinking vinted may be simpler?

Also do I need to pay for postage? I know the buyer pays when they buy the item but to be able to send the parcel do I need to pay the parcel shop?

Yes you print off and take it to the shop and post. Just make sure you have evri as your postage of choice on there.
Also kids clothes... you might be better off selling a bundle of things for £8 or something.

Thanks, how does the buyer know I've sent it though, is something built into the label that the parcel shop scans? How would it work with posting to different buyers at the same time as I'd rather wait until I've got a few parcels to post to make better use of the trip

When the parcel shop scans the parcel that will set up the tracking which you will be able to see in your sale on the app.
You only get a limited time to send the parcel (3 days I think) so you can wait and send a few as long as you’re in this time frame, otherwise your sales could get cancelled.
