Please can I have some breakfast, lunch and dinner ideas. My eating is shocking at the moment and I need to normalise it so some nice inspiring ideas would be great please.

Cooking from scratch? What sort of things do you like, what's your budget and time? Do you like cooking, is this for health reasons?
When you say normalise....
Otherwise I cook stir fries, risottos, jacket ps, salads for lunch, omelette, soups with a hand blender and pasta with a few different sauces, fish occasionally.

Probably quite typical!

Yes happy to cook from scratch, budget is average. Just massively uninspired and keep buying totally rubbish food. Need help to make a meal plan!

Miso noodle soup with veg/prawns etc. Buy packet udon noodles and a pot of miso paste and you will always have the makings of a delicious healthy meal in less than five minutes.

You are! I love porridge! Can you buy fruit compote?
Not a massive fan of omelette though.

I make fruit compote by pouring a packet of Tescos irregular-shaped berry fruits into a saucepan with a couple of tbsp water & heating them to boiling point, then simmering for about 10 minutes. I cool it a bit then store it in those little containers you get condiments for poppadoms in when you get an Indian takeaway.

Other lunches:
Soup
Open sandwiches
Ploughman's
Scotch egg
