Please! I always mess up the quantities and they don't turn out right!

Following.

I tried earlier with 200g oats, 200ml milk and two little pots of dds petit filou (47g each pot).

The aim was to make 5 pots, they can be frozen and taken out the night before, and then fruit added, for a quick breakfast.

After an hour I ate one, so they might be different overnight, but I think I didn’t have enough milk or yogurt so I’ll add more next week or a runny fruit.

45g oats, tsp chia seeds, 120ml milk. I top with fresh fruit in the morning. Make in little individual storage pots with clip lids from asda, I do the pots on a sunday night and make 5, they are still fine by friday.

My go-to:

1/2 cup oats
2 cups soy milk
1 handful of frozen blueberries
1 handful of Aldi breakfast topper
1 tbsp-ish each of sultanas, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon

I make it the night before and bung it in the fridge. Add a tangerine to it in the morning.
