Does anyone have any experience of IKEA video interviews?
DD, 17, has got past the first stage; successful application form so now has to complete a video interview (not a live video but answering pre-set questions).
She already has a part time retail job and is still at school. They know that from her application.
Has anyone been through this process and can give some tips please? Any help would be hugely appreciated 😊
