Can I ask for some help tracking down a CEO email please?

Trying to put in a complaint and getting nowhere with customer service so going straight to the CEO( I've done this before with great success)

The CEO has recently changed and I can't find the email, the name is Leanne Rothwell NOT Claire Davenport as on the CEO email website.

Giving the company name may help ?

Just use the same format. So if old CEO is Claire dot D at mystery company dot com, new one will be Leanne dot R at mystery company dot com.

Its Not on the High Street, they have a livechat, maybe they could help you. Or maybe write to her or use the generic email account.

Find the email address of anyone at the company, they usually follow a set format eg first name. last name @ company name . co . uk (can be initial then surname or other format) then take a guess!

Or email the former CEO address, it's likely to be diverted to their EA or PA
