After some advice from seasoned Ebayers please?
I am being royally mucked about by a company on EBay, am not too concerned about getting a refund as used Paypal luckily.
They have made excuses for over a week and been terrible with communication in general, ignored requests for a tracking number.
They have now given me a non existant FedEx tracking number and said courier cant ship parcel due to size. But they have said they are trying a different company and will update or refund by 2pm.
If they refund me, will I still have the chance to leave negative feedback? Or should I do it now while the option is still open?
