Is that lunchtime today, midnight tonight or have I missed it?

Google confusing me so I thought I'd ask on here as you lot are clever!

Hard to say, either midnight just gone or midnight tonight. It would be more helpful to have 00.01 to make it clear!

I would say you've missed it as the next 00:00 will be tonight but as soon as it's past 23:59 it's 15th November

I think you've missed it, if it was tonight it would be 23.59

I'd think 00.00 was the start of the day so you'd missed it. But I'd apply anyway because loads of people with be thinking ????

It's a local govt role so won't be able to access appln from my phone - WiFi not strong enough and boss watching me

If I've missed deadline it will deny me access.

It might be the formatting in the system they use so the date comes out with the default time format too. I’d take it that the
application has to be submitted by 23:59 today.

The GMT +00.00 refers to the time zone, not the time - so I would take it that the cut-off time is at the end of today.

I'm stuck at work til 7 so can't try until I get home.

I'm curious if anyone has a definitive answer.
