I have had so much to deal with this year there's been a lot of changes with my work.

Just would like a suggestion of days out or something I do to unwind before having my baby next year.

I need just to take some time for myself.

I don't know where in the country you're located, but I had an amazing day at the Clifton Lido in Bristol before DS1 arrived - massage, a swim in the heated pool, a facial, etc.

I loved going to a spa and just swimming and reading. I also enjoyed a day in bed

Like the spa idea .

Think always in bed at the moment.

My 'go to' me time is a spa. I live in the East Midlands, which is near Eden Hall so often go there for a day spa and lunch is included. They have a quiet room with comfy bed type couches and great facilities for steam and spa (don't get overheated though!). The Sherwood Forest centre parcs has a great spa too which you can go to without being at center parcs itself
