Green tomato chutney tips

I made a huge pan of it with my glut of unripened tomatoes but it looks a bit liquidy. Tastes perfect. Should I cook it up some more to reduce it? Has anyone made it before, could I have tips, please?

When I last made it I had to cook it for over an hour longer than the recipe said because it was waaaay too liquidy.

It tasted perfect once done. Maybe try cooking for 15 mins longer at a time and see if that helps.

You need to cook it until you can run a spoon through the mixture and there is a few seconds gap before it refills with liquid.
