Hope everyone’s having a good Sunday. Mine’s ended up being quite busy. Went to Aldi this morning to get an air fryer but there was a huge queue so didn’t bother. Apparently there have been loads of complaints as some stores had very few in stock & others were running a ticketing system which customers didn’t know about. DH said there are loads for sale on E Bay at hugely inflated prices ( they cost £89.99). Popped to Tescos then cleaned the kitchen when I got home. DD13 & I went to an out of town M & S for me to get some black trousers to wear to Christmas parties. I hadn’t realised they had a TK Maxx there too & ended up buying a lovely top (not sparkly but will be nice for a meal out with the girls), soap & a super soft headband for when you’re putting on make up. Late lunch at home. Had planned to visit my parents & phoned ahead but DM had gone to bed so I’ll go in the week. DH is making root vegetable stew with Double Gloucester dumplings for tea. Yum! I’m really tired so will have an early night. Might watch Top Gear. I haven’t got into I’m A Celebrity properly so have a few episodes to catch up with.

Currently considering getting up after long nap sharing bed with eldest dc.
Other dc are on computer or doing homework.
Massive late Sunday lunch bought and cooked by dc1 and dh from exciting new aldi.

Sat in sunshine with dc1 before with paper.

Earlier took ds1 amd friends to ride his bike in local hills.
Housework and reading Sunday paper in the morning after lie-in.

Mines been awful. I went to rinse youngest dc hand under the sink after spaghetti and the tap was hot. I usually check but was interrupted. Can't stop crying. It's not burnt just went really red but I feel so sad.

I'm going to Aldi tomorrow, so sorting the cupboards and fridge. No plans after that. Early night with radio 4

DH is ironing, DS2 and I are watching the F1

We've been to church this morning as son is a Beaver and was taking part in remembrance service. Then came home and did some work before cooking roast chicken and apple crumble for dinner. Now doing bedtime story before I have a shower and watch some tv in bed with my hot water bottle!

Kids are in bed, partner is gaming, I've found messages to another woman on his phone which he deleted when I later asked to compare setting in WhatsApp on his phone so I am currently trying not to lose control until I'm 100% sure of the situation. Need to gets clothes and bags ready for nursery in the morning, I'm WFH tomorrow so need to charge my laptop.
Want to do some Christmas planning this evening and general organising for next month as I'm very far behind

DS is revising for a physics test.

I'm waiting for some bread dough to rise before putting it in the oven. Tesco didn't have any decent wholemeal, and white bread makes me feel ill so making my own for tomorrow's breakfast. 🙂

And just about to serve up roast lamb.

I've just put DD1 to bed and am dilly dallying on phone beside her while she's asleep as DH is watching F1 with DD2 snoozing on him and everything is nice and peaceful and I don't want to disturb any of it!

Have been lazy all weekend. I had a tooth out under GA last Friday and my face is still swollen so on painkillers that make me very drowsy.
Helped DS with his homework once I made lunch, had a little energy so folded some clothes and put them away
Made dinner
Now I'm bathing my DD and washing and detangling her hair
Will sit on my bed with her and plait her hair for the week then read my book.

I was at the Rugby yesterday in the posh seats so it was a struggle to wake up for the cricket this morning but I’m very glad I did! DP made a full English which sorted me out when cricket was over.

Then I helped DP chase a cable into the wall and hang our new Sky Glass.

Now at MIL’s about to have Roast Lamb and then we’ll head home for an earlyish night…

We (me, DDs 16 and 6) had a friend and her DCs (17 and 7) stay over for the weekend, so it’s been a lovely chaos all weekend.

Started couple of whiskey sours in the local cocktail bar on Friday when the small DCs were asleep, a horror movie night with teen DDs on Saturday, lots of food, two long walks through the country side and park visits, and DD6s bedroom is completely trashed.

DD16 is now in the shower after finishing her homework, DD6 is in bed listening to her new Tonie (a Barbie one) and I’m sat on my bed knitting and watching Schitts Creek.

Im sat on the hallway floor in the dark playing 'back in bed' with my 2 year old 🙄

The dog and I are in my bed with digestive biscuits, 4 year old is also in her bed, we've had a nice day. I'm so tired the thought of sitting up dressed watching telly makes me feel physically ill!

Just home from work. DH is still at work til 9pm, oldest son is asleep and youngest son is chatting to friends online.
The dogs are both asleep next to me, I’m already in bed 😂

Adult DD is in her room (she’s staying with us between flat shares)

DH is stressing himself stupid trying to fit lighting in our bathroom which he is refurbing himself. Dinner was ready half an hour ago and he keeps telling me he’s almost done but he’s covered in dust and loft insulation so I imagine he’ll want a shower.

I should be getting my stuff ready for a day in the office tomorrow but DDog is asleep
on me so I don’t want to disturb him!

DS will be in from work soon.

Have spent the whole weekend either taking dcs to sports events or been washing dishes and doing laundry! I'm knackered and premenstrual and fighting off some kind of virus. Counting down the minutes to get dcs into bed.

Nice easy day here. Lie in. Went to shops for dessert for tonight. Collected Dd11 from her nans at around midday, they went to London yesterday. DD is knackered so has spent a lot of the day lounging around and finishing off last bits of weekend homework.
Cooked a roast for mid afternoon and had a long lazy bath.
Just had pudding and now DD is in shower before bed, she's got a mild headache so is having an early one, and me and DH and chilling on the sofa in PJs with the telly on.

Relaxed day here. Watched the Rememberence on TV this morning. Up onto Dartmoor for an hour or so.

Just finished a roast, now I'm watching Strictly results, H is on his phone, DS1 gaming and DS2 doing his homework singing along to Imagine Dragons.

First day back at work tomorrow after a week off and I'm DREADING it. So sat scrolling through mn in an attempt to take my mind off it. But I am sat with my ddog and my dh is back on shifts so I'll have the bed to myself and get a decent nights sleep

Went to Mass this morning, came home and went through the freezer and fridge, threw out lots of old and sometimes unrecognisable items to make room for the Costco turkey I bought yesterday for Thanksgiving later in the month. Emptied the dishwasher, put on a load of laundry, currently watching American football on TV (local team winning, yay) and catching upbwith friends on WhatsApp. Need to go out to Aldi later and will clean the bathroom too. Ahhh the day of rest...

I’m on the sofa with my son, we watched homeward bound this evening and now hes sleeping on me. My husbands in the bath with the baby, I can hear him subjecting her to some really awful singing.

Currently debating having an early night. Still tired and slightly hungover from my cousin's wedding yesterday. DH watching the snooker is making me even more sleepy!
