Does anyone have this problem with Disney+?
I set it up via my iPhone app, so subscription is through the App Store and I pay and get an invoice via Apple each month.
I also have it logged in on two iPads in the house and my smart TV app.
Every month just after the billing date, the TV app stops working and says my subscription has expired, and gives me options to renew (setting up payment again) or login (but then it moans I’m not subscribed again). My iPhone and iPads carry on working just fine.
Every month I spend an hour on chat to Disney for them to figure out what’s wrong and fix it, then it happens again the next month. It seems to be a problem with matching up my payment to my account so the rep always starts by saying my account isn’t active.
I can’t be the only customer paying via Apple and watching on a TV app - does this happen to anyone else?
