Is anyone else having trouble getting their website to stay logged in? I can no longer log in on my phone and my only other device is my work laptop. If I log in at work then I can view our balances but then it kicks me out. I am thinking of withdrawing completely as the website is so unstable. I need access to some of my funds but I can't stay logged in long enough to cash in some bonds.

I had a few problems getting in about a month ago. It was because they were setting up the extra security so now I also get a text with a code. It does seem overly complicated to get in but I suppose it’s for our security. Since then I’ve been able to access as normal but with the extra code. Why can’t you login on your phone?

They've gone right down the pan. My DD sent in a paper form 4 weeks ago and it's still not been dealt with.

I can't log in on my phone because of the new verification system it says that my Opera and Chrome Web browsers are out of date. They are both up to date from the play store. I downloaded the new MS one (Edge?) and that would let me in then booted me straight back out. I honestly don't know whether to just move all my money out. But I have been with them years and was getting prizes every so often.

I can't log in on my phone. I used to be able to log in on my iPad by just keep getting a message saying there's an issue with the website. It's been going on for weeks. It's really annoying

I logged on the other day and withdrew some It did boot me out once, but the second time it was fine.

It has been playing up a bit but never had it as bad as what’s been described here.

I absolutely hate that their login page is built in such a way that my phone doesn’t remember all the fields (NI number, especially). If banks can handle stored Keychain password / email, and use Face ID, they should be able to.
