Frames and mounts

Where can you get good frames and mounts from. I like the mixtiles site but so expensive so want to do myself but always struggle to find matching sizes for frames and mounts. Where do you shop for these? I want 20 x 20 inch frames with mounts for smaller pictures

I buy mine from eBay - I've got a gallery wall going up the stairs so have a lot of different sized frames!

Places like The Range, Dunelm and Hobbycraft usually have loads
