Normal spit up or reflux in 4 week old?

DD is 4.5 weeks. Generally extremely chilled but sometimes fusses when needs to pass wind. Also will spit up a bit after a feed and seem uncomfortable (EBF, spit up has happened twice a day for past two days), then gets hiccups. (Was quite hiccupy in my womb as well!) Poos are mustard yellow, a bit stringy but not watery or foul smelling. She also seems to have some baby acne that comes and goes, sometimes goes a bit blotchy when crying but then clears on its own.

I never had to wind DS and he never spat up so I’m not sure whether this is normal for an infant or might be a sign of reflux or CMPA?

Sounds normal to me. I had one who never posseted and one with reflux. The reflux was a lot of semi digested milk. We had every soft surface covered in towels.
