Rugged vs smooth? General handsomeness and the differences between types of handsomeness

I'm trying to exemplify/explain ruggedness as opposed to smoothness (in men's looks). When I google, a lot of actors turn up under either search term - both seem to be used for any kind of general handsomeness, even though they have opposing meanings.

Share pictures of people you think are either, please, and say which, perhaps give a score on a scale of 1-10 if 1 is fully smooth and 10 is fully rugged.

For example, the guy that doesn't quite sleep with Laura Linney in Love, Actually seems like a 2 to me, v smooth, symmetrical and shiny of face, perfect of hair, etc. whereas Daniel Craig looks like he has been hit hard with a shovel but somehow, still got it. 8.
