Throbbing, aching feet constantly.

As the title says! I'm not on my feet all day so I don't understand it, but my feet are pulsating with aches and pains.

I have really tickly feet so wouldn't go for a foot massage but not sure what else to do? It's annoying me as I type! Any advice appreciated!

Gluten intolerance? That's what happens to me if I eat something with wheat in it.

Plantar fasciitis?

This. You may need a physio.

saltrock123 · 10/11/2022 21:25

Arthritis. Get checked out, don't wait. Invest in some good supportive shoes and insoles.

Me too. Physiotherapist has got me insoles for my shoes as gait is a bit off due to walking in on my feet. Constant pain in my feet especially in the morning. I am hoping the insoles will help. Definitely recommend you see a physio.
