Ours is leaking and we’ve know for a few years that we were in borrowed time with it.
Our roofer has said the leak is between our garage roof and our cladding and it would mean stripping both to properly fix so we’re having to have a sealant put in to try to hold us over the winter.
Has anyone had a whole retile with new fascia’s and gutters on a detached house and what kind of money are we looking at?
Our roofer no longer does big jobs as he’s retiring so we’re starting to research now.
Quite scared about what quotes could come back as!
