Non delivery of goods

Ah so angry just wrote a whole post and it disappeared as I tried to scroll up!

Anyway, I ordered a garden set on living social that I think are merged with Wowcher or have taken over them?
Had vouchers from there before and always received goods.

I should have received our item by 4th Nov. Had already paid £46 for delivery too when redeeming the voucher also.
So was just waiting on getting it delivered.
I received no email with my order details but did screen shot the summary and it had a tracking link on it.
On the 4th Nov I clicked the link and it just had basic details about it being delivered by the 4th Nov.

I found a number for the company I got the set from and it just rings and rings. I tried multiplied times.
So I emailed them and didn't receive a reply for two days. They say they can see I have a large garden set order and need to phone me to arrange a day I would be in as this is a pallet delivery. They are working through a long list and will ring me when they are available to deliver it.
Before I received this reply I also tried to get in touch with living social who have no customer service number. They only contact through WhatsApp. So I started a conversation they took days to reply and to this day still no further along with them. They just keep replying saying 'an agent will be in touch with you'

I recently looked on trust pilot for this company and they have many awful reviews but it's mainly due to paying for a mystery item and receiving something worth pennies. My issue is not with this.
So I can't gauge if this company is reputable or not.

They have over £600 of our money and I don't seem to be getting closer to receiving the set.
The 4th is now a week ago and I ordered the set middle of October.

I can't get in touch with living social and I have a gut feeling this company won't deliver my set. Has anyone else had this problem and how they solved it?
Living social said on the voucher that we can get a refund but is only valid between one day and the 10th Nov. Well that's today but I've received no reply on WhatsApp from Wowcher. I feel so stuck.

Can't comment on anything else, but hopefully you paid by Credit Card or PayPal. Because at least then your should be covered to do a chargeback if it never turns up.
