Best treatment for scalp psoriasis?

The old style polytar used to work brilliantly, the new one is crap.

I've been using alphosyl shampoo now and then but it's not amazing. T Gel doesn't do a thing for my thick scales.

Does anything work? Prescription or otherwise?

Ideally not a shampoo but something that gets left on?

enstilar is the only thing really worked for me over a long period of time. I have thick scales too.

But you need a prescription for that though.
