It's a Samsung Galaxy S20, and really need a decent price for it.

cex is my go to for stuff like that. They tend to give you the price they advertise which is fair.

haven't tried but heard it was good

CEX will give you an online quote for it. They grade pricing with damage to the phone etc. we've sold our iPhones to them in the past and got the best price we can find.

Don't go to we buy any phone. They're con artists.

Mazuma or musicmagpie

Harrysnippleno3 · 09/11/2022 10:58

I send all mine to mazuma. Only once they didn't give me the quoted price of £550 and dropped to £180 because of camera damage. You have the choice to get it sent back free of charge if they don't give the quoted price.

Harrysnippleno3 · 09/11/2022 10:58

Oh what am I saying it's MUSIC MAGPIE I use 🤦🏻‍♀️

BobbyBobbyBobby · 09/11/2022 10:59

I second MusicMagpie

Stumpedasatree · 09/11/2022 11:18

Thanks guys. I've done a factory reset, but is there anything else I need to do before sending off?

I just used mazuma and they were good but very quick to drop the quoted price of £390 to £170 because of dust under the lense. I need the money or else I wouldve asked for it back.
