I tried to reactivate a subscription for a health product online. Instead of my former account I found personal details for someone else. Address, billing details etc. I am worried that if I accessed someone else's then perhaps my own account could be easily comprised.
And the many others, it's a very popular product. I contacted the company with screenshots. Did I do the right thing. Is there anything else I could do. I think it's unacceptable and there are no excuses, I worry about this kind of thing happening to me and personal details being sold on the dark web. Or should I calm down and let the company handle it.
