Hi all, I recently moved house and updated my details with UC, My rent payment has stayed the same, so I was just letting them know of my new address. They had sent me a notification asking me to provide my tenancy agreement. I didn't see the notification till I never received my normal payment and logged on to see what was going on and they had stopped my housing payment as they hadn't received my agreement. I have now sent over my agreement and I asked if they will be back dating the payment but they have said I have to apply for it and provide a reason as to why I provided my tenancy agreement late. Honestly, I just didn't realise they had asked for the agreement. Can they refuse a payment I am entitled to?
