I've been in a job since the pandemic and it has been a complete disaster to be honest. Has anyone had a job like this for a few years, and got out of it and recovered? I feel like I'd be much better starting afresh.

Me!! Took a job at the beginning of the pandemic and it was awful, lovely team, lovely project but awful manager and organisation. I was crushed and lost confidence at every turn. In the space of 4 months our whole team left which should have said a lot but no everything was ignored. On a whim I applied for a job which was a step up both in responsibility and money and got it last year. To say life has changed is an understatement, I feel valued, supported and I love my job. It was hard as I had lost so much of my confidence but feel so much better now. Good luck!!
