Long covid and reduced hours at work.

I have long covid, was managing it but caught covid a second time and my health has deteriorated so much. I'm exhausted, everything aches, brain fog including getting my words muddled up. I've edited this post three times already.

Work have been great letting me work 25% of my hours and even that has been a struggle but in a few weeks the hours I don't work will only be paid at SSP. Completely understand the business reason but I'm so stressed. I don't know how we can take that much of a financial hit. I was planning to start increasing my hours each week but the more whistled I become the more I get my words muddled. My emails written in my last hour working last week made no sense. I did proof read them and it took three rounds of edits to get the words right.

I just don't know what to do and I'm sat here in tears when I should be working.

Ok. Things that I find help with long covid recovery; (still on the journey myself so bear that I’m mind)
ELECTROLYTES
2/12- litres of water a day
metatone
Vit B complex
magnesium
1000mg of Vit C and Zinc
Hope things turn around for you soon x
