I done an online shop with Asda on Wednesday but the shopping never showed up, the money is still in my pending since then and hasn’t come back in the account despite them refunding me! Pending transactions in my account usually get taken out the next day after 6 so I can’t see why this one hasn’t come out yet almost a week later, it was over £100 so it’s a lot of money. How long does a refund from them take? Never shopping with them again

My refunds from asda have never taken more than 24 hours. I'd call your bank. It sounds like the money was never taken fully in the first place?

What did they say when you called asda about it? I find thier customer service line to be incredibly helpful.

It’s in the pending and has never left it so I have no access to it

Yes I called them they’ve already refunded it it just hasn’t come back in my account and is still sitting in pending

They're a nightmare for last minute cancelled deliveries. I won't order online with them now.

Never again for me either they just didn’t show up it was my kids packed lunches for school the next day and still waiting for my money back a week later.
Wouldn’t order from them again.
