Thank you card to my boss. Wording help needed please.

Hello, please can I ask for help with this ?
My last working day in my current job is on Wednesday and I want to give my boss a thank you card.

I honestly cannot think of the right words, well….any.

I don’t want anything gushing, just enough to let her know that I have appreciated her support throughout the years that I’ve been there, and that she is, well, simply amazing, and hard working (but that’s going to sound daft coming from a 56 year old 😁).
Any help will be appreciated.

Your last paragraph is worded pretty well just use that. Maybe without the I don't want to bush bit.

I feel really emotional so the words aren’t coming as thick and fast as I hoped.

I'm so sad to be leaving but before I go I wanted to let you know that your support, kindness and work ethic have made a huge difference to every day here and will continue to stay with me. I do hope we can stay in touch.
